The New Year opens new hopes, and the new era carries new dreams. On January 6, 2023, the company successfully held the 2023 (seventh) Science and Technology Innovation Seminar. Eleven experts from well-known domestic universities and institutes such as University of Science and Technology of China, Chongqing University, Jilin University, Tongji University, Northwest Rubber Research Institute, etc., described R&D cooperation and discussed innovative development.

At the meeting, President Li Zhiyuan made a summary of the scientific research work in the past two years and the work plan for 2023, and the expert exchange session mainly discussed the directions of rail transit, building shock absorption, Marine rubber products, magnetorheological elastomer (MRE) smart materials and their applications, rubber products for engineering vehicles, and large-size sound insulation boards.

Chairman Li Binshang said that the development of the enterprise is inseparable from scientific and technological innovation, over the years, the company has always adhered to the concept of "not owning, but seeking to use", in accordance with the principle of "no barriers, identity unchanged, freedom to come and go", to employ, part-time, technical guidance and other forms, the flexible introduction of a number of urgently needed high-level talents, to add new momentum for the development of enterprises.
